Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product management or related domain.
• Knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in discovery and requirements definition.
• Understanding data analytics and data management.
• Translate business needs into epics, features and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Proficiency in SQL for data testing and ad‑hoc analysis.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and clear business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities reflected by customer needs and market research.
• Considers upstream and downstream implications of new features on the product experience.
• Supports collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the roadmap.
• Analyses and tracks product metrics across the development life cycle.
• Writes requirements, epics, and user stories to support development.
• Conducts user discovery and stakeholder interviews to gather business requirements and pain points.
• Partners with BI, AI/ML, and Product teams to meet reporting, analytics, and automation needs.
• Collaborates with IA and Data Engineering to onboard data sources and create fit-for-purpose data offerings.
• Establishes data governance, quality, and lifecycle management for talent data.
• Owns development and maintenance of data catalog, glossary, and lineage for Talent Acquisition datasets.
• Drives continuous improvement in data product offerings through feedback and best practices.
