Responsibilities

• Plans and carries out various fact-finding tasks to secure pertinent information on electronic data processing needs and problems.
• Conducts studies related to work flow, work measurement, time distribution, and organizational relationships.
• Meets with and interviews personnel from various levels of management and operations.
• Analyzes and coordinates subsystems and determines feasibility of conversion to electronic data processing.
• Prepares comprehensive reports of findings and recommendations; develops detailed procedures for conversion to machine processing using current technologies.
• Integrates systems with agency needs; trains lower level analysts as required.
