Qualifications

• Ability to write clear, comprehensive reports and interpret complex material; solve problems logically.

Responsibilities

• Supervises professional staff and participates in program planning and development activities.
• Implements policies and procedures to ensure efficient staff work.
• Assigns projects and special studies to staff.
• Evaluates subordinates’ work productivity against performance standards.
• Provides consultation and advice on planning, development methods and complex assignments.
• Conducts studies and analyses on agency services and operations.
• Formulates and recommends major new policies and program goals.
• Determines goals and priorities for the program per federal and State requirements.
• Develops new program plans to meet evolving federal mandates.
• Evaluates consumer needs and suggests new programs or enhancements.
• Researches field advancements and interprets concepts to enhance programs.
