Job summary

Parsyl is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager for the Data Platform & Insights to lead the platform strategy, data warehouse, and pipelines. You will work with product analytics and data platform engineers to empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

You will drive governance, ensure data quality, and partner with underwriting to surface risk insights while enabling self-serve analytics for non-technical users.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management for data platforms or BI.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize.
• Experience owning a data warehouse as a product.
• Depth with modern data tooling and collaboration with data engineers.
• Experience defining data governance across teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication across US/UK.
• Hybrid work experience from Denver is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Parsyl's data platform.
• Build a data warehouse and the pipelines behind it.
• Reduce complexity to enable self-serve insights across the company.
• Define data quality checks and governance with upstream teams.
• Ensure data platform is stable, reliable and available.
• Support cross-functional reporting and regulatory needs.
• Partner with underwriting to surface risk accumulations.
• Translate business questions into data platform requirements.
• Run discovery with teams to identify data needs.
