Job summary

Early Warning Services is seeking a Technical Product Manager for the Data & AI team to define and deliver enterprise data platform capabilities. You will drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of internal-facing platform products that enable teams to discover, access, govern, curate, process, deploy, and observe data at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product Management, Platform Product Management, Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 3+ years of experience working directly with technical teams such as Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or Data Architecture.
• Experience delivering internal platforms, developer tools, data products, or enterprise technology capabilities.
• Strong understanding of modern data platform concepts including data pipelines, data lakes/warehouses, orchestration, metadata, governance, observability, data quality, code management, and application deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements and business outcomes.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools such as Jira.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive alignment across technical and business audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of SQL and modern data engineering concepts and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the roadmap for enterprise data platform capabilities.
• Partner with data/platform teams to deliver scalable platform capabilities.
• Translate user needs into platform requirements and product enhancements.
• Drive self-service experiences for onboarding data, dataset discovery, and data access.
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and technical capabilities.
• Establish success metrics and measure platform performance.
• Collaborate with engineering to define standards and reusable frameworks.
• Ensure governance, lineage, metadata management, access controls, and data quality.
