Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Data Product Manager to oversee the strategic management of a technical product line within the Enterprise organization.

You will align roadmaps with stakeholders, manage backlogs, and drive data quality and governance across platforms. You will partner with engineering and data teams to translate business needs into measurable outcomes, define performance metrics, and ensure timely delivery of marketable capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Technical Data Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong data analytics with SQL, Python, Spark.
• Understanding of data architecture, modeling, data pipelines, governance.
• Ability to translate requirements into measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product vision, roadmap, and strategic direction for AC360, ensuring alignment with enterprise data strategy.
• Establish and maintain ownership boundaries between enterprise-managed data and domain-owned data products.
• Partner with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to evaluate solutions and modernization opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into actionable product capabilities, user stories, acceptance criteria, and measurable outcomes.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog balancing features, debt reduction, defects, governance, and stability.
• Lead enterprise data governance initiatives with Data Office, MDM, architecture, and stakeholders to improve data quality and controls.
• Define and monitor product performance metrics, adoption measures, service levels, and customer satisfaction.
