Job summary

Bain & Company is seeking a Manager, Data Product to lead vision, delivery, and adoption of data features across products. You will translate business needs into a clear roadmap and govern data access, ensuring value for stakeholders.

You will coordinate with Product Owners, Engineers, and data owners; manage backlogs, define data domains, and monitor outcomes through pilots and KPIs. The role is hybrid with in-office days in Chicago or Boston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent education and 5+ years in data delivery/warehousing.
• Strong data warehousing, platforms, integration and translating business needs to data specs.
• Experience with modern data platforms; Databricks preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and data governance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Translate roadmap into actionable sequences of work and maintain stakeholder alignment.
• Define data domains, schemas, and access models within Databricks with governance in mind.
• Prioritize backlog and deliver data domains, enhancements, and defects in sprints.
