Job summary

Q2, a leading provider of digital banking and lending solutions, seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the strategy and delivery of PrecisionLender’s Data Platforms, including ingestion, processing, and storage powering Data Studio, Data Explorer, Data Library, BI platforms, and AI capabilities.

You will drive the migration from ADLS to Snowflake, reduce technical debt, and establish scalable data foundations while working with Engineering, Insights & Analytics, and the Q2 Assistant team to

Qualifications

• Experience with data pipelines, ingestion, ETL/transformation, storage, and governance.
• Platform modernization or cloud data warehouse migrations; Snowflake preferred.
• Fluent communication in English and ability to collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and lifecycle for Q2 data platform solutions.
• Develop business cases and investment recommendations aligned with customer needs.
• Partner with Engineering to prioritise initiatives and deliver scalable, reliable solutions.
• Establish requirements for data quality and reliability supporting analytics and AI.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Compliance and Operations.
• Communicate product strategy and value to customers, executives, and stakeholders.
