Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Technical Data Product Manager to align cross-functional stakeholders and shape the product roadmap for enterprise data platforms. You will own backlog, drive data-driven decisions, and partner with engineering, architecture, and data governance teams.

You will translate business requirements into measurable outcomes, monitor key health metrics, and lead initiatives to improve data quality, adoption, and operational stability across the technical portfolio.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in Technical Data Product Management.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
• Strong Data Analytics Skills with SQL, Python, Spark.
• Understanding of data engineering and architecture.
• Knowledge of data governance, lineage, metadata and dependencies.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, roadmap and strategic direction for AC360.
• Establish ownership boundaries between enterprise data and domain data products.
• Collaborate with engineering, architecture and platform teams to evaluate solutions.
• Translate business requirements into actionable capabilities and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog and release readiness.
• Lead data governance initiatives with Data Office, MDM and stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
