Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10+ years in enterprise cloud data platforms and data lakes.
• 8+ years with Databricks including Unity Catalog and Delta Lake governance.
• 8+ years implementing IaC, CI/CD, and policy-as-code.
• 5+ years in senior architect/lead engineer roles across multi-cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture and multi-year roadmaps for data ingestion platforms.
• Scale ingestion to 250+ TB per day across cloud data lakes.
• Govern Databricks architecture, workspace, security, and governance.
• Lead IaC, CI/CD, and policy-based automation.”
• Drive FinOps, cost optimization, and platform efficiency.
