Job summary

Databricks is hiring for a senior pre-sales oriented Solutions Architect to drive customer engagement strategies and help customers adopt the Data Intelligence Platform. You will coach junior architects and partners, influence executives, and lead workshops across the cloud ecosystem.

You will travel up to 30% as needed and work with a collaborative, customer-focused team to deliver technical solutions and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer-facing technical experience.
• Ability to engage in complex customer interactions and sales lifecycle in a technical pre-sales capacity.
• Ability to influence decision-makers and executives by developing relationships and orchestrating teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer engagement strategies in partnership with Account Executives in your designated territory.
• Coach junior solutions architects and teams on use case prioritization and building technical champions.
• Influence stakeholders at all levels through complex engagements with the wider cloud ecosystem and third-party applications.
