Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management, platform product leadership, enterprise architecture-aligned product strategy, data/AI products, developer platforms, or AI-first software delivery
• Bachelor's degree preferred

Responsabilités

• Oversee five or more concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, adherence to timelines and budgets, and delivery of high-quality outcomes.
• Drive end-to-end development of applications and platforms by ensuring alignment with VizTech standard practices throughout the process.
• Serve as point of escalation and remove roadblocks.
• Oversee regular Team Health Assessments to identify improvement areas, enhance collaboration, and address challenges.
• Ensure Agile best practices are followed, team agreements are set, and all necessary ceremonies are scheduled.
• Collaborate with teams to prioritize, allocate, and adjust resources, updating internal resourcing tools.
• Work with product management and architecture teams on critical documentation for the operating model, milestones, tasks, and staffing estimates.
• Monitor and report on key metrics, budgets, and cloud costs to provide updates to stakeholders and drive predictability improvements.
• Tie deliverables to OKRs, promoting ownership and performance tracking.
• Advocate for reuse of platform components and clear ownership of capabilities.
