Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technical architecture and delivery.
• Healthcare data analytics or healthcare technology experience.
• Advanced SQL and modern cloud-based data/application development platforms, including Databricks.
• Experience integrating data platforms, APIs, apps, visualization tools, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development, LLMs, agentic workflows, or related AI tech.
• Knowledge of cloud-native architecture, security-by-design, source control, and CI/CD.
• Willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and delivery of enterprise data, analytics, applications, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Own delivery across complex engagements from discovery through deployment and transition.
• Define reusable architecture patterns, frameworks, and engineering best practices.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, observable and compliant with governance standards.
• Mentor engineers and drive engineering excellence across teams.
