Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a seasoned product and platform leader to drive multi-project execution and end-to-end development of applications and platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product management and platform leadership.
• Experience with data/AI products and enterprise architecture-aligned strategy.
• Experience delivering AI-first software and developer platforms.

Responsibilities

• Manage five or more concurrent projects ensuring timelines and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end development of applications/platforms following VizTech practices.
• Serve as escalation point and remove roadblocks.
• Oversee Team Health Assessments to drive team improvement.
• Ensure Agile practices, ceremonies, and team agreements are in place.
• Collaborate on resource allocation and maintain internal resourcing tool.
• Support Product Operating Model with milestones, tasks, and staffing estimates.
• Monitor key metrics, budgets, and cloud costs for stakeholders.
