Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking a seasoned product and platform leader to guide five or more concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with VizTech standards and on-time, on-budget delivery of applications and platforms.

In this role you will drive end-to-end development, manage escalations, oversee Agile practices, resource planning, and the product operating model, while monitoring key metrics, budgets, and cloud costs to improve predictability and outcomes for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, platform leadership, or AI-first software delivery.
• Experience with enterprise architecture-aligned product strategy and data/AI products.
• Developer platforms experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple concurrent projects ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Lead end-to-end development of applications and platforms following VizTech standards.
• Manage escalations and remove roadblocks.
• Lead team health assessments to improve collaboration.
• Ensure Agile practices and ceremonies are followed.
• Allocate resources and update internal resourcing tools.
• Support product operating model documentation with milestones and staffing estimates.
• Monitor metrics, budgets, and cloud costs; report to stakeholders.
• Align deliverables with OKRs and promote ownership.
• Advocate for reuse of platform components and clear ownership of capabilities.
