Job summary

This senior leader coaches EMs, sets standards, and coordinates with architecture, product, and business stakeholders. The role requires delivering secure, cloud-native solutions, strong CI/CD and DevOps practices, and experience in regulated industries such as healthcare.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead multiple cross-functional teams toward aligned delivery outcomes.
• Strong understanding of modern software delivery practices including cloud-native architecture, CI/CD, observability, and DevOps.
• Demonstrated success operating in a matrixed environment and aligning technical decisions with strategic goals.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare.
• Background supporting or leading infrastructure/platform engineering or shared services teams.
• Familiarity with hybrid and distributed team models.

Responsibilities

• Lead Engineering Group across multiple teams to ensure delivery against strategy.
• Coach Engineering Managers on technical leadership and people management.
• Coordinate cross-team architecture, roadmap alignment, and risk mitigation.
• Set standards and best practices; escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Interface with architecture, product, and business stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
