Vizient, Inc. is seeking an Associate Principal to drive end-to-end development of applications and platforms, ensuring delivery aligns with VizTech standards and product strategy.

You will be the primary escalation point for critical issues, manage multiple projects, and enable rapid, value-driven outcomes across teams. The role partners with PLMs and engineering leadership to refine roadmaps, allocate resources, and ensure predictable delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 10+ years in product management or platform leadership.
• Experience in enterprise architecture-aligned product strategy, data/AI products, or AI-first delivery.
• Ability to drive end-to-end development with Agile practices and clear roadmaps.

Responsabilités

• Oversee 5+ concurrent projects ensuring alignment with objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead end-to-end development of applications and platforms following VizTech standards.
• Escalate and resolve issues; remove roadblocks to maintain momentum.
• Conduct Team Health Assessments to identify improvements and foster collaboration.
• Align delivery with product strategy by partnering with PLMs and architecture teams.
• Monitor metrics, budgets, and cloud costs; report to stakeholders for predictability.
