Job summary

Vizient is seeking an Associate Principal Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end development of applications and platforms while upholding VizTech standards. You will serve as the primary escalation point for critical issues, coordinate with PLMs, and guide engineering teams through all development phases.

The role requires 10+ years of product/platform leadership experience and a track record of aligning delivery with strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred with 10+ years in product management, platform leadership, or AI-driven software delivery.
Experience aligning product strategy with enterprise architecture and data/AI initiatives.
Proven ability to lead complex, multi-project delivery in an enterprise environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end development of applications and platforms with VizTech standard practices.
Act as primary escalation point to address critical issues, risks, and roadblocks.
Conduct regular Team Health Assessments to improve collaboration and performance.
Collaborate with PLMs to align delivery with product strategy and roadmaps.
Provide structure and guidance with Engineering Team Lead to maintain alignment across phases.
Monitor metrics, budgets, and cloud costs to drive predictability.
