• Lead complex migration initiatives involving executive stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
• Knowledge of banking data ecosystems, migration governance, reconciliation methods, and delivery operations.
• Experience influencing migration strategy, scalability initiatives, and enterprise onboarding practices.
• Exceptional communication across executive, technical, operational, and customer audiences.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for migration risk management and optimization.
• Experience developing migration reporting frameworks, standards, and governance methodologies.
• Recognized leadership in strategic migration delivery, banking data conversions, and onboarding practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise data migration initiatives across Alkami implementations and onboarding programs.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery with Implementation, Engineering, Product, and Operations to align on migration priorities.
• Guide strategic conversion planning, resolve escalated migration challenges, and align outcomes with customer objectives.
• Develop scalable migration frameworks, validation, reconciliation, and governance practices to improve consistency.
• Partner with executive leadership to align migration priorities and mitigate risks across multiple engagements.
• Lead resolution of critical migration escalations by analyzing data failures and directing corrective actions.
• Forecast migration workloads, plan capacity, and oversee portfolio health for scalable growth.
• Provide thought leadership on migration architecture and data transformation practices.
• Improve executive-level communication of migration health metrics and portfolio status.
• Drive process modernization, automation, and tooling enhancements to reduce manual effort.
• Establish governance and visibility practices for decision-making and delivery oversight.
• Mentor senior migration engineers and cross‑functional teams on strategic planning and execution.
• Support strategic customer success initiatives and long-term onboarding outcomes.
• Analyze portfolio performance and implement improvements to strengthen operations across the organization.
• Influence migration policies and cross‑functional alignment to boost enterprise delivery.
