Qualifications

• 10–15 years leading enterprise data migration programs or banking system conversions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• Deep expertise in data migration architecture and transformation methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of banking data ecosystems and migration governance.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Staff Data Migration Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will lead complex data migration initiatives that support enterprise conversion efforts and operational transformation in a highly regulated financial environment. You will partner closely with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams to shape migration strategy, strengthen governance, and keep large-scale programs moving forward. The work will require balancing implementation timelines, escalation management, and scalable architecture decisions to support growth and business continuity. Location: Remote Compensation: $131,200 – $164,000 annually
