You will lead data collection redesign using REDCap, develop data dictionaries, ensure QA/QC, and coordinate across data and clinical teams in a landmark longitudinal cohort focused on HIV/AIDS, hepatitis C, and substance use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Five years of related experience is required.
• Education may substitute for experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and manage computerized systems for analysis of complex research data.
• Create/manage databases; check data; create data dictionaries; merge and recode datasets.
• Ensure data quality control and proper database design and implementation.
• Write code to collect data and perform statistical analysis; select computing environment.
• Analyze large, complex data sets with standard statistical techniques.
• Present analyses in various formats; provide progress updates to investigators.
• Collaborate with investigators to plan analyses and produce results.
• Maintain systems for database management and stay updated on methodologies.
• Contribute to statistical plans for grants and manuscripts.
