Job summary

DLH Corporation seeks a Senior Data Manager/REDCap programmer to lead data management and EDC programming for federally funded studies. You will design REDCap databases, implement API integrations, and build automated data workflows across the study lifecycle.

Qualifications

• BS or MS with 5+ years leading EDC development (REDCap/REDCap Cloud/OpenClinica).
• Experience integrating EDC with external systems via APIs/ETL pipelines.
• Design edit checks, automated validation, data cleaning, discrepancy management, and audit processes.
• Experience managing development, testing, and production environments with change control.
• Strong communication, documentation, and ability to work in a team and independently.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced REDCap databases and complex projects.
• Develop and maintain integrations between REDCap and external systems via APIs and ETL.
• Create automated data validation rules, discrepancy reports, and dashboards.
• Operationalize data collection workflows per study protocols.
• Create and interpret reports for study monitoring purposes.
• Conduct QC, validation, and UAT of data collection procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and provide technical guidance on database design.
• Ensure quality by following established standards and procedures.
• Comply with federal regulations and data standards for clinical research.
