Job summary

DLH Corp is seeking a Senior Data Manager/REDCap programmer to support federally and commercially funded clinical research. You will design databases, implement API integrations, and automate data workflows to ensure data integrity across studies.

You will collaborate with data managers, epidemiologists, and operations staff, mentoring junior staff and maintaining QA standards while complying with federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field with extensive EDC system development and QA/QC experience.
• Experience leading design, admin, testing, and UAT for REDCap/EDC systems across studies.
• Advanced experience building complex REDCap projects (longitudinal, multi-arm, multilingual).
• Experience integrating EDC with external systems via APIs or ETL pipelines.
• Strong change control, versioning, and release management practices.
• Familiarity with NIH CDEs, HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11, GCP, or FAIR principles.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced REDCap databases including longitudinal projects and complex branching logic.
• Develop integrations between REDCap and external systems via APIs and ETL processes.
• Create automated data validation rules, discrepancy reports, and QA dashboards.
• Document data collection workflows and support study protocols.
• Generate and interpret reports for study monitoring and stakeholders.
• Perform QC, validation, and UAT of data collection procedures and systems.
