Job summary

Workiva Inc. is seeking a Senior Domain Architect, Data Management, to advise customers through onboarding, implementation, and adoption of Workiva solutions. You will collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to design scalable data workflows and drive long-term value.

The role requires strong data engineering, API, and integration skills, plus the ability to influence executive stakeholders. Remote-friendly with 15% travel, competitive bonus, RSUs, and full benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
6+ years of customer-facing technical roles (Customer Success, Solution Architecture, or Consulting).
Spanish bilingual preferred at executive level.
Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
Experience integrating SaaS and enterprise systems (ERP, EPM, analytics).
Strong APIs knowledge (REST/SOAP) and data engineering basics.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand data needs and outcomes with Workiva solutions.
Partner with pre-sales to transition to implementation services and beyond.
Engage with Solution Architects and Customer Success for cohesive onboarding.
Analyze needs and recommend optimal use of Data Management Suite for scalable solutions.
Define tasks with project delivery stakeholders and monitor progress.
Review data integration workflows between customer systems and Workiva.
