Job summary

Workiva Inc. in the United States is seeking a Senior Domain Architect, Data Management, to serve as a technical advisor bridging Sales, Engineering, and Customer & Partner Experience, guiding onboarding and implementation of Workiva solutions.

The role focuses on designing scalable data management workflows, integrating ERP and analytics platforms, and driving adoption with executives, while offering remote flexibility and a 15% travel expectation.

Qualifications

6+ years in customer-facing technical roles (CS, Solution Architecture, or Consulting).
Experience with Python for scripting and automation.
Experience integrating SaaS apps and ERP systems.
Expertise with complex data structures and regulatory requirements.
Experience integrating with ERP systems (Oracle, Workday, SAP, Sage).
Strong API knowledge (REST/SOAP) and data warehousing concepts.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and data requirements with Workiva solutions.
Partner with the pre-sales team to facilitate transition to implementation services.
Engage with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams for cohesive onboarding experience.
Analyze needs and optimize usage of Workiva's Data Management Suite for scalable solutions.
Define tasks with project delivery teams and monitor progress.
Review and develop data integration workflows between customer systems and Workiva.
