Job summary
Workiva is seeking a Senior Domain Architect, Data Management, to serve as a senior technical advisor within the Data Management Practice. You will design scalable data management solutions, drive adoption, and guide customers through onboarding and implementation of Workiva solutions.
This role interfaces with Sales, Engineering, and Customer & Partner Experience teams to deliver long-term value. You will collaborate with customers at executive levels, define tasks, and mentor stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as CS/CE/IT or similar.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with customers to understand business needs and data requirements.
- Partner with pre-sales to transition from sales to implementation.
- Engage with Solution Architects and Customer Success for onboarding and implementation.
- Define data integration workflows between customer systems and Workiva platform.
- Review data queries and reporting solutions to meet analytics requirements.
- Document deployed solutions and share best practices.
- Drive product adoption and customer health through effective support.
