Job summary

Jobgether SRL is listing a Staff Product Manager, Integrations for a partner company in the United States. You will own strategy, delivery, and scaling of a partner and platform integration ecosystem, turning bespoke builds into scalable platform capabilities.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market teams to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions, guiding integration lifecycle from validation to launch and growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience in ecosystems, integrations, platforms or related areas in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Experience leading complex product initiatives within a multi-product portfolio.
• Strong technical fluency in integration architecture (APIs, platform events, OAuth, permissions, managed packages).
• Proven ability to collaborate with Product, Design, Engineering, Partnerships, and Go-to-Market leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end integration strategies including pricing, packaging, distribution and launch readiness.
• Partner with Engineering to sequence investments for short-term needs and long-term scalability.
• Define platform-based integration strategies with generalized APIs and connectors for self-integration.
• Lead the full integration lifecycle from alpha to GA and post-launch scaling.
• Align partners and customers around roadmaps, timelines, requirements and milestones.
• Make decisions on permissioning, security, licensing, namespaces, and license management.
• Develop business cases and prioritization frameworks for new integration opportunities.
• Coordinate with Go-to-Market, Partnerships and Engineering to ensure commercial viability and technical soundness.
• Drive high-quality product delivery balancing urgent customer needs with long-term platform innovation.
• Participate in architectural discussions, roadmap planning and cross-functional cadences.
• Establish collaboration practices with distributed engineering teams and run regular status updates.
