Job summary

Super is seeking a data analytics professional to join our Analytics & Data Science team. You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to enable self-service analytics across the organization.

You will collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, and finance to scope projects, deliver insights, and influence decision making with data. Strong SQL, Python, and mentoring experience are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in data or analytics roles.
• Strong SQL and Python for data analysis.
• Experience with dashboarding tools and web analytics (GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel).
• Mentorship experience with peers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions for self-service analytics.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, finance and others to scope analytics projects and deliver insights.
• Communicate complex findings clearly through presentations and data storytelling.
