Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Lead Data Analyst for a remote nationwide role. You will drive complex analytics, develop dashboards and reporting, and provide clear visibility into business performance across data systems.

You will mentor junior analysts, collaborate with business and technology teams, and help transition dashboards from Tableau to Amazon QuickSight; Power BI is a valued skill. This is an individual contributor senior role with roadmap influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in analytics, statistics, business, data science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 7 to 10+ years of analytics experience.
• Ability to read SQL and understand data relationships.
• Experience with large, complex datasets and BI tools.
• Comfort with Tableau to Amazon QuickSight transition; Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses evaluating multiple data factors.
• Develop dashboards, models, frameworks, and reporting solutions.
• Provide reliable visibility into staff and business performance across systems.
• Investigate questions by navigating large datasets and patterns.
