Trust & Will is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to own the end-to-end analytical engine supporting marketing, revenue, and business decisions. You will define key questions, build models, and translate insights into strategic actions for senior leadership.

This role is remote within the United States and offers significant ownership of data strategy and execution. Ideal candidates bring 5–9+ years in analytics/data science with data engineering exposure, strong SQL and Python skills, and

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of analytics/data science with related data engineering experience.
• Startup experience; able to stand up an analytics function with scrappy analyses.
• Owns data domains end-to-end and drives decisions from insights.
• Eligible to work in listed U.S. states (CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, MD, NJ, NY, NC, PA, TX, VT, NV, UT).
• Proficient in SQL, Python and BI tools for self-serve dashboards.
• Experience with AI-assisted analytics and experimentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Define questions worth asking and build models to answer them.
• Lead daily analytics like marketing monitor, revenue, CAC, ARPM, CVR with automated alerts.
• Deliver data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders with concise backstories.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish analytical standards across teams.
• Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and product to drive roadmap decisions.
