Super.com is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to join the SWAT Data Engineering team. You will tackle high‑scale data challenges, design robust pipelines, and collaborate with analytics, BI, finance, sales, marketing, and product to enable growth.

You will own architecture, promote data governance, and help scale the data platform while balancing rapid delivery with quality. Remote-first, competitive compensation, equity, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/data engineering experience with expert hands-on Python and SQL.
• Ownership mindset in high-stakes situations and rapid technology adoption.
• Design and implement well-architected data solutions for large-scale challenges.
• Deep experience in database design, warehouse data modeling, and distributed systems.
• Clear communication of complex requirements to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Predictive modeling and machine learning experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design efficient architectural recommendations and implement them reliably.
• Improve and coach standards for code and infrastructure maintainability and performance.
• Collaborate with analytics, BI, finance, sales, marketing, and product to meet data needs.
