Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data science or healthcare innovation, with a track record of implementing AI-driven pilots or products.
• Strong problem-solving and independent decision-making abilities.
• Familiarity with agile, product-thinking, Lean Startup or Design Thinking.
• Hands-on experience designing production-oriented AI agents or agentic systems (tool calling, retrieval, routing, multi-step workflows).
• Excellent communication and collaboration across diverse teams.

Responsabilités

• Identify, prototype, and scale novel data methods and technologies that transform data use across product development.
• Design and build AI-enabled tools and agentic workflows that enable models to use tools, access data, and automate analytical tasks.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, product teams, and external partners to validate solutions and assess feasibility.
• Develop reusable analytical components and scalable solutions that can be adopted across projects.
