Genentech is seeking a Senior Data Innovation Specialist (RWD) in South San Francisco to lead AI-driven data initiatives within the Real-World & Clinical Data Strategy team. You will prototype novel methods, build agentic workflows, and collaborate with scientists, engineers, and external partners to scale innovative data solutions.

You will design reusable components, ensure governance and compliance, and mentor junior team members while advancing data science capabilities across PD and beyond.

Formación

• Master’s or PhD in CS, Engineering, Life Sciences or Data Science.
• 5+ years of data science or healthcare innovation experience.
• Experience with AI pilots or AI-driven products.
• Experience designing production AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and prototype novel data methods to enable AI-driven insights.
• Lead agentic workflows to allow models to use tools and data.
• Collaborate with scientists, engineers, and external partners.
• Design reusable analytical components and scalable solutions.
