Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.
• 8+ years in product management with direct responsibility for product development across multiple lifecycle phases.
• Specialized depth and breadth of expertise in product development with cross-functional collaboration in life sciences or technology.
• 4+ years of experience in healthcare or biotech domains.
• Experience building digital and/or SaaS products supporting analysis and decision-making.
• Experience delivering products for scientific or quantitative users.
• Developing and deploying agentic AI solutions with measurable impact.
• Working knowledge of agile methods, backlog management, and sprint planning.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through development and launch, enabling innovative data and information solutions for drug development.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and KPIs aligned with functional objectives, interpreting trends to guide product outcomes.
• Own the product roadmap and backlog, manage priorities, sprint execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Translate user needs and business challenges into clearly defined product requirements for cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, UX, and data science teams to ensure delivery aligns with scientific and user needs.
• Identify cross-initiative risks, constraints, and dependencies, contributing to risk mitigation and resource planning.
• Communicate product status, value, and risks to stakeholders and support governance inputs.
