Job summary

You will shape the technical vision, mentor engineers, foster collaboration, and partner with lab scientists and AI specialists to accelerate data-driven decision making. Onsite presence in South San Francisco required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in CS or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in software engineering with 7+ years leading teams.
• Deep experience with data engineering, cloud-first approaches and AI tooling.
