Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a quantitative or technology-related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data analytics, informatics, BI, data engineering, or related discipline.
• Experience leading complex analytical-data, data-product, or analytical-platform initiatives.
• Hands-on experience in modern cloud-based data and analytics environments.
• Strong SQL proficiency and experience developing complex analytical transformations.
• Experience designing, developing, testing, and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Experience with healthcare datasets and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, document, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and curated analytical data products within Databricks.
• Translate requirements into reusable data models representing pharmacy claims, membership, operations, marketing, and finance domains.
• Define and maintain documentation and metadata describing data sources, definitions, lineage, and transformation logic.
• Encode and govern business logic for KPIs, population rules, and analytical methodologies.
• Establish methods for integrating disparate data sources while preserving data integrity.
• Build data environments to support AI-assisted and self-service analytics using tools like Databricks Genie One.
• Evaluate accuracy, completeness, consistency, and repeatability of AI-derived answers.
• Identify gaps in governed data capabilities and bridge them with new data or logic.
• Develop data and analytical bridges across domains to support complex business questions.
• Establish automated data-quality controls, reconciliations, and monitoring for trustworthy outputs.
