Job summary

CenterWell Senior Primary Care seeks a Lead Informaticist to drive governance and build scalable data products within a modern analytics stack. You will design curated data environments and robust ETL/ELT pipelines to support AI-assisted analytics across pharmacy, membership, and financial data.

You will establish metadata, business definitions, KPI rules, and data quality controls, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, governed analytics across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, data engineering, analytics, informatics, information systems, mathematics, statistics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in data analytics, informatics, BI, data engineering, or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud-based data environments.
• Strong SQL and experience building complex analytical transformations.
• Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data modeling for analytics.
• Experience with governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and curated analytical data products within Databricks.
• Translate requirements into reusable data models spanning claims, membership, marketing, operations, and finance.
• Define documentation, metadata, and analytical grain; establish data relationships and lineage.
• Govern KPI calculations, business definitions, populations, and analytical methodologies.
• Integrate disparate data sources while preserving data integrity and meaning.
• Build data environments for AI-assisted analytics via Databricks Genie One.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and repeatability of AI-driven answers; identify data gaps.
