You translate complex challenges into questions, investigate drivers of performance, and develop grounded recommendations that guide measurable outcomes. You will combine healthcare and pharmacy knowledge with strong analytical thinking, business partnership, and the ability to work with payer, claims, membership, operational, marketing, and financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years solving complex business problems through analytics, operations, or informatics.
• Experience translating business objectives into analytical approaches and measurable outcomes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, including presenting to senior leaders.
• Experience with healthcare, pharmacy, Medicare/Medicaid, CMS, or population health data.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python, Databricks, Power BI or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analytics projects from problem identification through implementation and measurement.
• Translate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical approaches and actionable recommendations.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to identify drivers and opportunities.
