Pearson is seeking a Data Engineer / Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and DRF, and to develop modern frontend applications with Nuxt/Vue and TypeScript.

Responsibilities include data pipelines, APIs, and cloud-native services on AWS, with experience in AWS Glue, Lambda, and event-driven architectures. This role requires collaboration across backend, frontend, and data engineering teams in an Agile environment.

Formación

• Experience with Python backend and Django/DRF.
• Experience building RESTful APIs.
• Experience with AWS serverless and cloud services.
• Frontend experience with Nuxt/Vue and TypeScript.
• Data engineering pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Python, Django, and DRF.
• Build and document RESTful APIs using DRF/OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Implement data validation and API response modeling using Pydantic.
• Develop authentication mechanisms with django-rest-knox, OAuth, and Azure AD.
• Create and maintain frontend apps with Nuxt 4, Vue 3, TypeScript.
