Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Data Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of its data platform.

You will manage a team of Data Engineers, shape the long‑term data vision, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics and Finance to deliver high‑impact data initiatives. You will own ingestion, orchestration, storage, and serving layers using Fivetran, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, and Looker, while ensuring governance, reliability, and cost efficiency in a

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 10+ years in data engineering, platform engineering, or related data infra roles.
• Experience architecting and scaling modern cloud data platforms.
• Strong data modeling, ELT, and pipeline orchestration experience.
• Hands-on with AWS, GCP, or Azure clouds.
• Proven track record of platform reliability and observability.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, fintech, or regulated industries.
• Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy standards.
• Experience supporting ML pipelines and feature engineering.
• Strong SQL and programming skills (Python, Scala or similar).
• Experience implementing data contracts and data products across domains.
