Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Engineering Senior Analyst to design, operate, and maintain robust data pipelines and analytics platforms, including Databricks, to support enterprise reporting and advanced analytics across the Talent ecosystem. The role collaborates with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams to enable data availability, integrity, and performance.

The candidate will work on system upgrades, UAT, and post‑deployment support, ensuring security and governance while driving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in data engineering or analytics platform support.
• Hands‑on Databricks experience with data pipelines and notebooks.

• Collaborate with Talent Insights and IT teams to support reporting and dashboards.
