Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Engineering Senior Analyst to design, operate, and maintain data pipelines and analytics platforms including Databricks for Talent Insights & Analytics. You will ensure data availability, integrity, and security while partnering with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams to support critical reporting and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data engineering, data operations, or analytics platform support.
• Hands-on Databricks experience building data pipelines and notebooks.
• SSIS/SSMS development experience within enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting global teams across regions/time zones.
• Ability to anticipate issues, manage risk, and deliver outcomes under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformations using Databricks and SQL.
• Develop, optimize, and orchestrate Databricks notebooks and workflows.
• Ensure data reliability, security, and performance across production/non-production environments.
• Collaborate with Talent, IT, and reporting teams to support analytics delivery.
• Coordinate system changes and participate in UAT and post-deployment support.
