Job summary

EY seeks a Data Engineering Senior Analyst to design, operate, and maintain data pipelines and analytics platforms (Databricks) supporting enterprise reporting and dashboards within Talent Insights & Analytics.

You’ll ensure data availability, integrity, security, and performance while partnering with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams to enable critical reporting and transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s degree or higher preferred, but not required.
• Active membership in related professional bodies or industry groups is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformations using Databricks and ETL tools for Talent reporting and analytics.
• Develop and optimize Databricks notebooks and workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
• Manage and support analytics platforms and environments in partnership with IT and Talent teams.
• Ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability across production and non-production environments.
• Collaborate with Talent Insights, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams to support reporting initiatives.
