Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Engineering Senior Analyst to design, operate, and maintain Databricks-based data pipelines and analytics platforms in support of Talent Insights & Analytics. You will work with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams to enable enterprise reporting, dashboards, and advanced analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Significant experience in data engineering and analytics platforms.
• Hands-on Databricks experience and data pipelines.
• Proficiency with SQL and ETL tools (SSIS/SSMS).
• Knowledge of HR data and Talent processes.
• Understanding of data privacy and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines using Databricks and SQL.
• Operate analytics platforms and ensure data reliability and performance.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and data model enhancements.
• Participate in UAT, validation, and post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with Talent, IMT, and reporting teams.
