Job summary

EY is seeking a Data Engineering Senior Analyst to design, operate, and maintain data pipelines and analytics platforms, including Databricks, to support enterprise reporting and advanced analytics across Talent. You will ensure data availability, security, and performance while partnering with Talent Delivery, IMT and reporting teams.

You will work on data pipelines, notebooks, and transformations, and support system upgrades and UAT to enable reliable insights across HR data domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience building and supporting data pipelines with Databricks in an enterprise analytics environment.
• Knowledge of HR data, people metrics, and Talent processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformations to support Talent reporting and analytics.
• Develop and optimize Databricks notebooks and workflows for data ingestion, transformation, and enrichment.
• Coordinate data security, privacy, and governance considerations within Talent analytics platforms.
• Partner with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams to support reporting and transformation initiatives.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements impacting Databricks pipelines and data models.
