EY is seeking a Data Engineering Senior Analyst in the United States to design and operate reliable data pipelines and analytics platforms, including Databricks, to support enterprise reporting and advanced analytics for Talent Insights & Analytics.

You will work with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams to ensure data availability, integrity, and security, and to drive transformative reporting initiatives across Talent.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in data, technology, engineering, or a related field.
• Master’s or higher professional qualification is preferred, but not required.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks for data pipelines and notebooks.
• Proficiency in SQL and data integration tools (SSIS/SSMS).
• Understanding of HR data, people metrics, and talent processes.
