EY is seeking a Data Engineering Senior Analyst in Phoenix to design, operate, and maintain Databricks‑powered data pipelines and analytics platforms supporting Talent insights and reporting. The role ensures data availability, integrity, security, and performance while collaborating with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams.

You will contribute hands‑on data engineering, system change management, and governance to enable trusted analytics for business decisions.

Formación

• Hands-on data engineering and platform support
• Experience with Databricks notebooks and workflows
• Knowledge of data security and privacy standards
• Strong collaboration with Talent and IMT teams

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain robust data pipelines and transformations.
• Develop and optimize Databricks notebooks and workflows for data ingestion and enrichment.
• Operate analytics platforms and environments in partnership with IT and TIA teams.
• Ensure data reliability, performance, and scalability across environments.
• Support system upgrades, releases, and enhancements impacting pipelines and data models.
• Participate in UAT, validation, and post‑deployment support.
