EY is seeking a Data Engineering Senior Analyst to design and operate data pipelines and analytics platforms, including Databricks, for Talent Insights & Analytics. You will ensure data availability, integrity, security, and performance, partnering with Talent Delivery, IMT, Digital Talent, and reporting teams.

The role emphasizes hands‑on data engineering, platform operations, and governance, with collaboration across Talent and IT.

Formación

• Designing robust data pipelines and transformations with Databricks and SQL
• Maintaining analytics platforms and environments in partnership with IT and TIA teams
• Ensuring data reliability, performance, and security across production and non‑production
• Understanding HR data flows and Talent processes to support reporting solutions

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines and transformations to support talent reporting and analytics.
• Develop and optimize Databricks notebooks and workflows for data ingestion and enrichment.
• Coordinate data changes with Talent, IMT, and reporting teams and support UAT and post‑deployment tasks.
• Ensure data access controls and privacy considerations across Talent analytics platforms.
