Job summary

EY seeks an Assistant Director – Data Engineering & Analytics Platforms to shape enterprise data, analytics and AI capabilities. You will partner with business leaders, architects and engineers to define technical direction, deliver modern data platforms and develop AI-enabled solutions.

You’ll lead design decisions, mentor teams and drive secure, scalable implementations using Azure Databricks, Microsoft Fabric and cloud AI tools. Expect global collaboration across onshore/offshore teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related technology discipline or software engineering.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for enterprise data, analytics and AI platform initiatives, from requirements and solution design through deployment and production support.
Guide architecture and solution-design decisions to ensure scalability, security and operational requirements.
Lead technical workstreams and multidisciplinary teams through design, development, testing, deployment and production support.
Review data pipelines, platform integrations and analytics solutions for reliability and performance.
Manage risks, dependencies and delivery timelines while maintaining governance and quality controls.
