Job summary

Babylist's Data team powers decision-making across product growth, operations, and AI. This senior individual contributor on the Data Engineering team owns the architecture and systems that make data engineering scalable — including pipelines, harnesses, and agentic scaffolding for testing and maintenance.

You will design and scale data pipelines into Snowflake, build agentic data engineering systems, and partner with analysts, data scientists, and product teams to deliver end-to-end data

Qualifications

Experience building production AI/LLM systems and pipelines.
Platform-minded with focus on scalable automation and scaffolding.
7+ years building systems that scale and are reliable.

Responsibilities

Build and scale data pipelines for Snowflake with reliability and performance.
Design agentic systems for automated data engineering workflows.
Develop ML pipelines and integrate with data infrastructure.
Implement and improve data monitoring across multi-system journeys.
Collaborate with analysts and data scientists on data modeling and assets.
Partner with product, analytics, and ML teams on end-to-end solutions.
